Orders to EU Countries
Deliveries within the EU are delivered duty paid, meaning there are no unexpected, payable fees or duties upon arrival for EU Green Feathers customers.

These delivery prices cover parcels up to 2kg in weight (such as cameras and accessories) however the delivery cost may increase dependant on the weight of the order. We use Global E and DHL Express Air shipments for all UK orders (2-4 day delivery time)

Orders to Rest of the World
We do not charge UK VAT on products ordered outside of the EU. However, ROW orders are subject to duties and taxes upon arrival, therefore you may be expected to pay an additional fee once your goods arrive. These fees fluctuate and are fully dependant on your local region and/or country. This is why we deliver our goods outside of the EU, duties and taxes unpaid.
We use Global E shipping for most countries so the above duties and taxes may be calculated at checkout, please see the information in our checkout to be sure.

Our international deliveries generally take 3-14 working days from dispatch depending what country you order from. Some orders may be sent from outside the UK hence the longer lead times.
